By accessing or using "Short Drama Clipper" (the "Tool"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.
2. Description of Service
The Tool helps Facebook Page administrators manage their own Pages and publish Reels, and runs locally. You are responsible for providing your own Facebook account and for having the legal rights to the content you publish.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are fully responsible for the content you publish through the Tool;
- You warrant that you have the legal rights to the content and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property;
- You must comply with Facebook's Platform Policies, Community Standards, and applicable laws.
4. Acceptable Use
You shall not use the Tool to:
- Publish infringing, illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, or spam content;
- Publish misleading or fraudulent content;
- Abuse the API, circumvent Facebook's limits, or gain unauthorized access.
5. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property in content you publish through the Tool belongs to you or the relevant rights holders; we claim no ownership. Intellectual property in the Tool itself belongs to Brandoo Promos Inc.
6. Third-Party Services
The Tool relies on Facebook, yd126, and AI services, each subject to its own terms and policies. You are responsible for your use of these third-party services.
7. Disclaimer
The Tool is provided "as is," without warranties of continuity, error-freeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandoo Promos Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Tool.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Tool at any time, or remove it in your Facebook settings to revoke authorization.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms; updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brandoo Promos Inc. is registered.
