1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to "Short Drama Clipper" (the "Tool"), operated by Brandoo Promos Inc. ("we"). The Tool helps Facebook Page administrators manage their own Pages and publish Reels. By using the Tool, you agree to this policy.
2. Facebook Data We Collect
When you authorize the Tool via Facebook Login, we obtain the following through the Meta Graph API, only as necessary to manage your Pages:
- Your Facebook User Access Token;
- The IDs, names, categories, and Page Access Tokens of the public Pages you manage.
We do not collect your friends list, personal posts, messages, or other personal information unrelated to managing your Pages.
3. How We Use Data
- To retrieve the list of Pages you manage;
- To refresh Page Access Tokens when they expire;
- To publish Reels and accompanying captions to the Pages you authorize.
4. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell or rent your Facebook data;
- We do not share your Facebook data with advertising networks or analytics companies;
- We do not send your Facebook user data to any third-party AI service. The AI used by the Tool (to analyze short-drama covers and captions) processes only public short-drama content from yd126 and is unrelated to your Facebook data.
5. Data Storage & Retention
The Tool stores tokens and Page information on the local device it runs on (local database and files). Data is retained until you request deletion or remove the Tool in your Facebook settings. Tokens become unusable once expired or revoked.
6. Third-Party Services
- Meta / Facebook: provides the Graph API, subject to Meta's Data Policy;
- Domain & hosting provider: serves this policy page;
- Volcengine: provides AI capabilities and processes only non-Facebook public short-drama content.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. See the User Data Deletion page.
8. Minors
The Tool is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time; updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
